  • Pricing - updating/maintaining price contracts & unpriced report (VF04) for all sales orders where an invoice cannot be generated as there is a price missing. This is meant to be processed weekly, but, lately it hasn't been on the top end of the priority list. This delays the generating of an invoice. So a product can be supplied on the 1st but invoice generated on the 20th - which delays payment;
  • RMAs - returning goods on SAP and updating the RMA system on Lotus Notes;
  • Debits/Credits - raising debit notes for miscellaneous charges & credits resulting from both RMAs and other streams i.e. price corrections. It's the gathering of the information, required for auditing purposes, that is the time consumer in this process;
  • Customer Master (Winshuttle) new applications/changes/extensions - new accounts, any changes to existing customer master data i.e email addresses, addresses, phone numbers etc. Tedious work having to enter this information on a separate system to SAP. But it's a global process, so can't work around it. Once everyone is trained and has access, then should be workable.

This position is responsible for providing field technical service to customers.   Daily activities include press side trouble shooting, product trials, coordinating activities in the graphic technical centers and branch labs as well as managing assigned customers technical program.  Candidate will be comfortable working in a functional organization as well as supporting the sales organization on a daily bases.

  • Work directly with the Director of Sales and be engaged with customer management and press crews.

Education and competencies:
