Responsibilities:

  • Pricing - updating/maintaining price contracts & unpriced report (VF04) for all sales orders where an invoice cannot be generated as there is a price missing. This is meant to be processed weekly, but, lately it hasn't been on the top end of the priority list. This delays the generating of an invoice. So a product can be supplied on the 1st but invoice generated on the 20th - which delays payment;
  • RMAs - returning goods on SAP and updating the RMA system on Lotus Notes;
  • Debits/Credits - raising debit notes for miscellaneous charges & credits resulting from both RMAs and other streams i.e. price corrections. It's the gathering of the information, required for auditing purposes, that is the time consumer in this process;
  • Customer Master (Winshuttle) new applications/changes/extensions - new accounts, any changes to existing customer master data i.e email addresses, addresses, phone numbers etc. Tedious work having to enter this information on a separate system to SAP. But it's a global process, so can't work around it. Once everyone is trained and has access, then should be workable.

Event design, planning, and execution

  • In Q4 of each year, summarize the global events, by quarter, and share with the organization
  • Create the uniform design and themes to be utilized by all regions throughout the next year, focusing on key messages on products and offerings and overall business capability

Create and Execute Promotional Strategies and Content

Je komt terecht in de Customer Support afdeling (België, Lier) waar je tijdens een inwerkperiode de nodige expertise zal opbouwen over de werking van Xeikon drukmachines (hardware en software).

This position is responsible for providing field technical service to customers.   Daily activities include press side trouble shooting, product trials, coordinating activities in the graphic technical centers and branch labs as well as managing assigned customers technical program.  Candidate will be comfortable working in a functional organization as well as supporting the sales organization on a daily bases.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Director of Sales and be engaged with customer management and press crews.
  • Work on completing technical projects to ensure alignment with division product development lab and team goals. 
  • Assist in the implementation of procurement projects to ensure all meet the division initiatives and customers needs.
  • Assure the Flint Group Safety Culture is integrated throughout the technical service and branch customer service lab organizations.  

Background:

  • The assignment location is in the Province of Quebec.
  • Travel will be mainly to customer’s locations.
  • Expected level of travel will be up to 50%, via auto and/or air within Canada.
